Former USAF Secretary supports KC-X split buy Former U.S. Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne told Reuters that he supports a proposal to split the KC-X contract between Boeing and EADS/Grumman.

"There's a lot of merit in the congressional argument to have two tankers," Wynne said.
