DCMA reports that the F-35 program is far behind schedule and over budget
The Star-Telegram has obtained reports prepared by the Defense Contract Management Agency that say the F-35 is far behind schedule and over budget.

Dan Crowley, Lockheed Martin executive vice president and F-35 program general manager, agreed that the reports are largely accurate. But Crowley said in the interview that the worse are over and the program is going to meet the schedule beginning in 2011.
