F-16 gets probe fitted to right conformal tank
In order to strengthen its bid to supply F-16s to India, Lockheed Martin has added a probe refueling system to the right conformal fuel tank.
This new probe-and-drogue refueling capability was demonstrated to Indian pilots during flight trials performed in September in India.
Lockheed Martin says the probe refueling capability can be added to any F-16 that is designed to carry the conformal tank.
