White House official: U.S. policy on arms sales to Taiwan has not changed
Jeff Bader, the East Asia director on the White House's National Security Council, said U.S. President Barack Obama's policy on arms sale to Taiwan has not changed.
Bader assured Taiwan that the current administration will continue to provide defensive weapons to the island.
