Error by foreign pilot lead to crash of T-6A at Columbus AFB
Investigation into the July crash of a Columbus Air Force Base T-6A was due to errors by an international student.
He was on a solo mission to practice aerobatics when he miscalculated the airspeed required at the top of a loop and sent the aircraft into a dive. Thinking that he had entered a spin, he choose to eject.
