Experts question need to scramble F-15s to escort Hawaiian Airlines Flight 39
Pilots on board Hawaiian Airlines Flight 39 were surprised when two F-15s were scramble to escort their 767 due to an unruly passenger on board.
Experts say the move is expensive one as the threat was only "Level 1," or lowest-level risk.
