Fuji Heavy Industries sues Japanese government over Apache license fees
Fuji Heavy Industries has finally filed a lawsuit against the Japanese government to recover its losses related to the license manufacture of AH-64D.
Fuji had paid license fees to Boeing to produce 62 Apaches but the government only bought 10 aircraft.
