Human error behind Night Stalker's crash on Mt Massive
A deadly crash on a Colorado mountain in August was due to human error, the U.S. Army said on Friday.
Investigators say the pilots of the Black Hawk helicopter had failed to take into account the high altitude during their flight planning.
