Libya signs $1.8 billion weapons contract with Russian
Russian news agencies quoted Prime Minister Vladimir Putin as saying Saturday that Libya has signed a $1.8 billion weapons deal with Moscow.
No details of the deal was provided but its suspected that it includes fighter jets.
