Lockheed Martin proposes New Zealand as site for RSAF jet training
Lockheed Martin, which is bidding to supply advance training jets to Singapore, has proposed that the training be carried out in New Zealand if selected.

Currently, Singapore trains its fighter pilots in France and Lockheed is proposing New Zealand's Ohakea air force base as a new site.
