Mullen: U.S. military budget likely to go the other direction for next few years
Speaking at the U.S. Naval War College, Admiral Mike Mullen, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said money for the U.S. military is "probably going to go in the next couple of years in the other direction."
