U.S. export laws hampers delivery of P-3CK
U.S. export restrictions on the electronic support measures (ESM) for South Korea's P-3CK program is delaying delivery of aircraft.
L-3 Communications Integrated Systems is suppose to deliver the first aircraft in 2008 but export restrictions and other issues have pushed back those dates.
