F-15 pilot in Kunduz bombing incident said German commander was "pushing to go kinetic"
The U.S. pilots who carried out a deadly attack on Afghan civilians last year said the German commander on the ground was eager to carry out the attack.
Information were also withheld which might have lead to an abort of the attack if it was passed to the aircrew.
