Former Marine F/A-18 pilot pleads guilty to defraud the VA
A former U.S. Marine Corps F/A-18 pilot has pleaded guilty to trying to defraud the Department of Veterans Affairs by filing a fraudulent claim for military disability benefits.
Dean Anthony Toth claimed that he had loss his hearing in both ears.
