Gates: KC-X to move forward even without NGC bidding
U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates said on Wednesday that his department will move ahead with the KC-X program even if EADS and its partner Northrop Grumman withdraws from the competition.
"But we will move forward. We have to have new tankers," he told the House Armed Services Committee.
