Iraq wants money back from France for undelivered Mirage F1s
Iraq is seeking to recover $851 million from France over 24 Mirage F1 fighter planes that were never delivered.
The money was paid in advance for the fighters which were not delivered after the U.N. Security Council imposed sanctions during the 1991 Gulf War.
