USN plans armed UCAS-D The next iteration of the U.S. Navy's carrier-based unmanned combat aircraft system will be armed with weapons and sensors.

Rear Adm. William Shannon, program executive officer for unmanned aviation and strike weapons, said a RFI will be released this year.
