First all-engine flight using biomass and conventional jet fuel blend set
A A-10 at Eglin Air Force Base will test a blend of biomass-derived and conventional JP-8 jet fuel today. This will be the first flight of an aircraft powered solely on a biomass-derived jet fuel blend.
