LM "cannibalizing" F-35 parts to repair aircraft on the assembly line and in preflight testing
Monthly reports prepared by the Defense Contract Management Agency say Lockheed Martin was "cannibalizing" parts from F-35 fuselages being built by Northrop Grumman to repair aircraft on the assembly line and in preflight testing.
