Super Hornets collided over Fallon range; one ejected, one landed
Two pilots were safe after their F/A-18E Super Hornets collided while training in the Fallon Range Training Complex.
One pilot safely landed his aircraft with reported damage at 10:13 p.m. at Naval Air Station (NAS) Fallon. The other pilot ejected and was recovered by a SH-60F.
