USAF would rather extend life of 4th Gen fighters than buying new ones
U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Norton Schwartz told reporters that his service would rather extend the life of its existing 4th generation fighters than buy new ones.
Schwartz say the money saved could be channeled to the F-35.
