A RoCAF IDF fighter pilot accidentally fired 25 rounds from his cannon in November last year and the incident went unnoticed for two days until ground crew was unable to account for the missing rounds.
Apparently, the pilot was carrying a air-to-ground practice with BDU-33s and had thought the cockpit indicators were telling him that the airplane was carrying zero cannon rounds and decided to squeezed the gun trigger.
