A joy ride for Indonesian Maj. Gen. Rachmad Budianto nearly turned into disaster after his KT-1B crashed while landing at Bali’s international airport yesterday. He managed to eject safely together with the pilot.
The aircraft was part of a four-ship formation bringing VIPs for joy rides around the island.
