An investigation into the fatal crash of a Snowbird jet found that the pilot was to be blamed.
The October 2008 crash killed the pilot and a photographer who was photographing a three-aircraft formation at low-level.
The report concluded that the pilot was too fixated following the formation that he forgot he was flying low and flew into the ground.
