China’s official Xinhua News Agency said Thursday that mechanical failure lead to the crash of a North Korean fighter in one of its northern province.
“The plane, which crashed in Fushun County of Liaoning Province, lost its course because of mechanical failure and strayed into the Chinese territory,” the Xinhua report said.
