Israel Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz told Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the decision to buy the F-35 should not be decided by the Defense Minister alone.
Steinitz said the decision should be discussed by cabinet ministers as it has enormous defense and economic implications.
