During a a recent round table discussion with Japanese media in Tokyo, Adm. Robert Willard, commander of U.S. Pacific Command, said China’s new anti-ship ballistic missile is approaching operational.
Willard assured the media that the development has not deterred the U.S. Navy from operating “in international waters in areas around China.”
