India and Russia to send $6 billion each to jointly develop PAK-FA

The Business Standard confirmed that India and Russia will sign an agreement to spend $6 billion each to jointly develop the PAK-FA stealth fighter.

The agreement will be signed during Russian President Dimitry Medvedev’s visit to India in December.

India is expected to get 30 percent of the overall design work which includes building a two-seat version for the IAF.
