The U.S. Government Accountability Office is dismissing some of the most serious accusations by US Aerospace over its bid for the KC-X contest.
GAO said there was “insufficient support” over claims that the USAF have acted in “bad faith” or intentionally delayed a messenger delivering the bid.
However, the GAO is still reviewing whether the messenger was five minutes late or the bid was delivered on time.
