New Z-9 variant crashed during 1st flight

According to China Defense blog, the helicopter that crashed in Harbin, China on Saturday was a new variant of the Z-9.

Two crew on board were injured. Police quickly cordoned off the crash site which is near a village in Pingfang Township.
