Yemen’s foreign minister confirmed that United States had launched attacks on Al-Qaeda in his country.
Abu Bakr al-Qirbi told the Saudi-owned Al-Hayat newspaper that the air strikes ended in December because Yemen deemed the strikes were ineffective.
