A New Zealand Defense Force White Paper expected to be published next month is understood to reveal that more than $3 billion will be required to replace RNZAF’s C-130 and P-3 in the next decade.
About $1.2 billion is needed for the C-130 replacement while replacing the P-3 will cost between $1.6 billion and $2 billion.
