Russia plans to pay back Iran a $166.8 million deposit for S-300 air defense missile system ordered and later canceled.
Sergei Chemezov, head of Russian Technologies, said: “We are not obliged to return another kopek beyond this. … We have annulled the contract, and we will return advance payments.”
