Raytheon to design advanced long-range air-to-air missile for DARPA

DARPA has give Raytheon a $21.3 million contract to a high speed, long-range air-to-air missile able to shoot down high-performance aircraft, cruise missiles, and air defense targets.

The Triple Target Terminator (T3) program aims to develop a missile that can rapidly switch between air-to-air and air-to-surface modes.
