U.S. State Department refused to confirm reports on free F-35 offer to Israel

U.S. State Department spokesman P.J. Crowley refused to confirm speculations that 20 F-35s are being offered free to Israel in exchange for a three-month freeze on new settlement construction in the West Bank.
