USAF concern over F-35 software, could upgrade F-16

U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff, Gen. Norton Schwartz said he is worried that ironing out software bugs on the F-35 could further delay the program.

Schwartz added that he would consider upgrading the F-16′s structure and avionics if the F-35 delays materialize.
