The Royal Air Force could end up with only six squadrons of fighters by 2020, the head of RAF’s air combat group warned.
Air Vice-Marshal Greg Bagwell said the country could end up operating 107 Eurofighters spread among five squadrons and one F-35 squadron with 40 aircraft.
