The U.S. Navy has completed its investigation into the videos produced by former USS Enterprise skipper Capt. Owen Honors.
Admiral John C. Harvey, Jr., Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, said Friday on his official blog that he would “spend the next week reviewing the investigation in its entirety – the findings of fact, the opinions, and the recommendations – before making my decisions and informing my chain-of-command of them.”
