The crew of a Apache attack helicopter from the 10th Mountain Division were to be blamed for the crash in Colorado mountains last year.
An Army investigation found that the crew had put themselves and the helicopter in a situation where they had little or no margin for error whilst landing about 12,200 feet above sea level during a training mission.
