The No. 2 man running the F-35 program, Maj. Gen. C.D. Moore, said the Pentagon wants further cuts from Lockheed Martin when time comes to negotiate for the next batch of stealth fighters.
Moore added that the $614 million incentive fees that Defense Secretary Gates freeze last year would be up for discussions with Lockheed Martin later this year.
