Gen. Raymond Odierno, commander of U.S. Joint Forces Command, said implementing a no-fly zone over Libya would only take a couple of days if the green light is given.
“We can react very quickly to all this if we have to. We’re prepared to do that. I believe within a couple days, we would probably be able to implement a no-fly zone,” said Odierno.
