French President Nicholas Sarkozy will propose to EU leaders a plan to carry out targeted bombing in Libya.
Three sites that might be attacked are: Gaddafi’s Bab al-Azizia command headquarters in Tripoli, a military air base in Sirte (east of Tripoli) and another in Sebha in the south of Libya.
