India has decided not to sign an agreement for ten Boeing C-17s until the Pentagon clarifies about the aircraft’s pricing.
The value of the deal was pegged at $4.1 billion by the White House during Obama’s visit to India, however it was stated down as $5.8 billion during the notification to Congress.
