The Scotsman reports that HMS Illustrious, undergoing a refit at Rosyth, is getting a special paint applied on its flight deck so that Harriers can operate off it.
However, the Ministry of Defense denied there are plans to bring back the Harriers and operate the Illustrious as an aircraft carrier.
