India’s second home-built aircraft carrier “is a long way off”

Chief of the Indian Navy, Admiral Nirmal Kumar Verma, said on Thursday that building a second aircraft carrier “is a long way off.”

“There are greater funding priorities over a third aircraft carrier for the Navy,” he added.
