Turkey has started to flight test an indigenous advanced targeting and reconnaissance pod made by Aselsan.
The Aselpod will be able to track up to four targets simultaneously in infrared (IR) and day video.
The first phase of the program aims to equip the F-4E with the pods and 16 pods will be installed on F-16s later.
