It has been revealed that a procedural error within India’s Ministry of Defense could allow failed bidders of the MMRCA competition to reenter the contest.
Ajai Shukla reported that the Technical Oversight Committee had not completed their work when the rejection letters were issued to the four bidders.
The committee’s role is to ensure that the Indian Air Force had followed procurement procedures in full.
