German paper Die Welt reports that Iran is constructing a missile base in Venezuela. The agreement was signed by Venezuelan president, Hugo Chávez, and his Iranian counterpart, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on October 19 last year.
The base is just 120 kilometers from the Colombian border.
