On Thursday, Britain’s National Audit Office (NAO) published a highly critical report on the Royal Navy’s new aircraft carrier program.
The report said changes to the program in last year’s Strategic Defence and Security Review (SDSR) had created “significant levels of operational, technical, cost and schedule uncertainty.”
