According to Stars and Stripes, Washington is negotiating with Seoul to fly the Global Hawk near the Demilitarized Zone.
Lt. Col. Terran Reneau, chief of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance for the 13th Air Force, said negotiations are in the final stages.
